Can we add new items to our portal?
Yes. We can add new products or colours, and we'll send a mockup of anything new before it goes on your page.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums start as low as 12 pieces on select products and vary by item and decoration method. We'll confirm the minimums for the items on your portal.
Do people need an account?
No. They just open the private link you share and pick their items and sizes.
Is this the same as a team order page or company store?
It's the same idea: one private link where everyone picks their own items and sizes. The difference is that your Reorder Portal is built from products you've already ordered and approved, so there's nothing to set up from scratch.
